FOREST TO TABLE

Novice hunters of all ages interested in learning more about the sport, its roots in conservation, and how the best organic food is harvested come together annually for Vermejo’s Forest To Table workshop, offering both women’s only and co-ed events.  Program highlights include: education on elk habitat, wildlife ecology, and ecosystem regeneration, rifle shooting basics and field instruction with certified instructors from Best of the West, spot and stalk techniques, field dressing and butchering techniques, and cooking class by Executive Chef Giovanni Lanzante. To reserve your spot, call 877-288-7637.
