ABOUT: Ladder yields a mix of ecosystems from desert grasslands to pine forests and borders the Gila National Forest in the Black Range foothills. The vast 156,000 acre property displays the most diverse array of wildlife among all of Turner’s land; and is also known to have archaeological significance, with numerous remnants of the Mimbres culture found on the property. Partnering with Ted Turner Reserves, Ladder offers world class guest services and accommodations.

PREMIUM HUNTS: Turner Ranch Outfitting offers premium guided hunts for mule deer and elk on a very limited basis. As hunts have been limited to just twelve (12) mature bulls per season, Turner Ranch Outfitting manages for an optimal age class which regularly produces the largest bulls in the region and on any of Turner’s properties. Hunts are offered annually in (6) archery and six (6) rifle bull elk, which yield an unparalleled experience. These hunts are booked well in advance of the season with private land permits.
